We use the post office (speed services couriers only if DHL or another courier can not deliver to an outlying area), DHL or UTI (faster, more reliable service) or we may send your products to you by any other way that you suggest. We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage once the product has been dispatched from our offices. We can insure your shipments for you at an additional cost and you will need to inform us of this prior to shipping. International orders: We will use the cheapest courier available at the time to limit the cost for you. NOTE: If you require us to send your package in any other way other than a courier service, please inform us by email otherwise we will ship to the physical address that you provide in your LOGIN details, by employing the services of UTI or DHL or another responsible courier service. You will be responsible for the cost of resending any shipment that has been returned to us for whatever reason.

Health regulations do not allow us to accept any returns once an item has left our premises (i.e. products can not be returned or refunded once dispatched).
